stopping rushing is an alternative to procrastination. I acknowledge what is legitimately calling me, and move with dignity toward the demands. Will they dissolve and reform into shapes I can work with? Let me see...

I recently got a case of Bali belly which has slowed me down immensely. And although it’s uncomfortable and challenging at times, I’m also aware of what a gift it is, reminding my body to rest and slow down and just have some stillness for a bit. So I really resonated with this piece.
