Oh yes! What I feed my mind is so important to me. I can be all grumbles and think of all the stuff I have to do and in a flash I can say or think, wow! I GET to do this today and I start noticing all the beauty around me. Snow covered mountains as I drive to get my mammo today!

For me, the color blue makes me think of both the sky and water, intuition and imagination.
