If you are allergic to doing nothing, maybe this will inspire you.
In his article “You aren’t lazy, you are overstimulated,” author Sean Kernan reminds us that:
“Productivity isn’t about getting everything done, it’s about getting the right things done… Doing nothing has a habit of doing something.”1
So maybe the “right things” are doing nothing as a way to practice letting go.
Or a way to see what wants to happen next.
Me right now? Just watching the rain. And letting go of the need to have it be different.
