I’ve been following the growth cycle of one our houseplants for an entire month. When she blooms, just once a year, everything slows down and amps up at the same time. She’s a real showstopper.
She began like this, like a hand reaching out…
while taking her sweet time…
to emerge.
And when you think she can’t get any more beautiful…
She does!
Lighting up the room, taking our breath away.
And then when it’s time to let it all go…
she does so just as beautifully.
And we bow in thanks for the grace and beauty of it all.
Imagine if we took the time to celebrate each step in our journey of becoming; to watch ourselves unfold in real time.
Imagine how much better we would feel about everything.
