It reminds me of doing a hot tango one evening in the sultry Napa Valley's TraVigna courtyard, with an Argentine psychiatrist visiting with a tango-practicing friend from Maine. There was no music in the courtyard, so we sang to our steps. No better dance! Thanks for the image and the very idea of doing tango in Brugge!

Wow, Bonnie. Your hot tango story telegraphs so much! And I love that you created your own music to boot! Thank you for taking us to that sultry Napa courtyard. 🤩

All those lovely people dancing in the day and just holding on to each other as if the world out there didn’t exist. I felt envy at once! As I looked closer I saw their faces were lost in the moment. Just pure enjoyment or maybe rapture? I’m going to savor this today and maybe dance with my man when he comes home. Why not?

Lost in the moment indeed, or rather maybe, found..?. Thank you, Ruth. So glad this post touched a chord to carry you through the day... and maybe your beloved too.

Love the way the forefront couple is clasping each other. Very endearing, and the close closeness of some of the other dancers. I think tango is the most sensual of dances, and brings out lingering desires in the dancers. That's why I love it. Great photo, great capture, Stephanie.

Thank you, Jeanine. I love the couple in the foreground too. Her fingers on his back are so precise and beautiful. She looks like she's in bliss, doesn't she... holding and being held like that.
