I am losing my eyesight to Wet Macular Degeneration and I don't feel any less “present”. Is it frightening? Sometimes. But over all it seems to make me more aware of my other senses. And what I can still see, I appreciate even more. Lately, I am seeing things in nature I never saw before. I do have to make sure I avoid blue light situations and limit my screen time, but that’s doable and has helped me reduce my sit-down-at-a-computer time, something the rest of my body is appreciating!

Thank you for sharing your insight about eyesight, Taru. Wow. It feels counter intuitive doesn't it? That the diminishment of eyesight could lead to greater seeing. I can only imagine how elevating it might be. These are the kinds of perspectives that I hope we can explore in the next 10 weeks. Thank you so much for sharing yours and being on this journey with us. 🤩

What a beautiful interview with Krista Tippett. Yes! What a joy to learn to just notice and observe what is present now! Can’t wait for this section. We need it. Too

Much twirling around grabbing our attention in a bad way.
