Love this video for September. I am inspired by both your words and by the 1 Second Video....I may try again. Thank you for the peak into your slow lane. Terry

Thank you for being part of the journey and coming along for the ride, Terry. And of course, am forever grateful to you for turning me on the the 1 Second Everyday app that makes these monthly romps possible. 😘

I like "life in the slow lane" . I like to pause, take deep breaths, refocus, and many times things come to my mind which are important, and which I had forgotten to do or to take care of. Also giving thanks for friends, and praying for people affected by hurricane - I live 3 1/2 hours away from Asheville.

I used that app for several months last year and then got out of the habit. I really loved the little videos.

Love the video. Noticed the old hangers and wondered if those were keepers or getting tossed? It’s so fun to see a month fly by! Lots of family and beauty and go Kamala!

Haha, yes. This was a long time project in the making. I inherited these vintage hangers from my mother-in-law and I loved them, but they create creases in the shoulders. When I found some better ones at Costco, I realized it was time to let these go and move them to other pastures …including some of the clothes that they “held up” for years. 😉

I am enjoying my journey getting back in shape. Besides going back to the gym for the last few months, I'm enjoying the fall walks with my dog and getting in my steps.

I'm looking forward to doing a turkey trot 5K at Thanksgiving time. Been quite a few years since I was able to do a 5k and not just walk it lol
