Being Enough and Having Enough
Guided meditation and clearing practice to lighten your load
Hi everyone,
Some of you may remember this post from about a year ago.
What I didn’t share is the five-minute audio meditation and journal prompts that goes with it. I recorded it to give you a way to elevate and anchor your experience of having and being enough.
If you are a paid subscriber, you will find it below. If you’re not yet a paid subscriber and would enjoy receiving extra clearing resources like these in the future, you can easily upgrade your subscription when prompted.
Happy clearing!
Ahhh 🏡
What happens when you read these three phrases out loud…
Slowly.
Three simple phrases that don't look like much on paper, but have magic powers when you insert them—with awareness—into a daily practice of clearing and mindfulness.
Is there one in particular that resonates, gets your attention, or snags you?
What does it feel like to say it, swirl it around in your consciousness, really take it in?
Do you feel a twinge of doubt or skepticism? An upwelling of resistance? Perhaps your mind generates counterarguments: Well, I clearly don’t have enough, because I’m lonely, I got passed over for a promotion at work, and I can’t afford to get my car fixed.
Let that emotional weather come up and do its thing. When you feel the weather settling down a little, read the phrases again. Can you feel just a tiny bit of spaciousness inside yourself as you let these messages sink in?1

Hi this is Stephanie Bennett Vogt at SpaceClear.com with an opportunity to quiet the mind and promote deep relaxation as we practice embracing the concept of having enough and being enough.
Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit for a few minutes ~~~~
And take a nice easy breath in and a slow emptying breath out...
Breathe out all thought and tension ~ and breathe in pure awareness and possibility… There's is nothing for you to do right now. Just notice the sounds around you and allow whatever thoughts and feelings to arise ~ And just feel yourself growing more relaxed and quiet ~ and still…
Take another nice easy breath in and slow, emptying breath out as you repeat the first phrase of the series in this meditation.
I am enough ~~~~
I am enough....
Just drop the phrase it into your conscious awareness—like a pebble in a still pond—noticing and allowing the thoughts, emotions, and any physical sensations that ripple out naturally.
I am enough.
You can repeat the same phrase if you wish, or move on the next one,
I have enough…
I have enough
Imagine that you’re dropping another pebble into the still pond…
I have enough ~~~
Notice your breathing…Notice if it’s shallow… or full and deep…
When you feel ready, move on the third phrase of the series,
There is enough~~~~
There is enough.
This practice is not about seeing how many pebbles you can toss into your awareness. The idea is to hang out with each phrase in your awareness, one pebble at a time, observing the ripples it creates ~~~~
There is enough.
How’s your breathing? How's your body feel? What’s going through your mind, if anything? Is there any emotional weather or resistance being stirred by this simple practice?
Just allow any and all physical sensations, thoughts, and emotional bumpiness to arise without doing anything to fix, analyze, or judge it… Just be the witness... and allow…
When you feel complete, take another nice, easy breath in, and a slow, emptying breath out ~ Wiggle your fingers and your toes and bring your awareness back to your more expanded self sitting in the room ~ Noticing your breathing ~ And noticing if you're feeling differently now than you did when you began...
Remember that you can practice these phrases with eyes open or closed any time you wish to cultivate the concept of having and being enough.
When I ring the bell you may open your eyes and let it all go.
And have a great day!
