Surrender Faster, Flow Freer
How are you doing with letting go, softening resistance, and allowing life to carry you with greater ease?
“To get that flow state going is not a work harder scenario, it’s a surrender faster scenario.”
—Zach Bush
Hi everyone,
This week marks nine weeks that we’ve been cultivating the fourth step to spaciousness: Surrender.
If you’ve stayed with us this far, congratulations!
Even if you haven’t been following along, or are just joining us now, congratulations to you too! The journey to spaciousness is infinitely adaptable and elastic. It meets you where you are.
Like now.
…
Regardless of when you joined us, here’s what I’m wondering:
When it comes to surrendering as a pathway to experiencing greater flow, how well are you doing?
In other words, how’s it going with …
letting go of attachment to outcomes?
embracing inconvenient truths?
softening resistance and not arguing with reality?
embracing imperfection: giving yourself permission to fail, goof up, screw up… or just royally fu*k up?
be-ing the change you wish to see?
…
No matter what it is that snags you, sends you back down the rabbit hole of worry or fear or stuckness, congratulations!
Just witnessing it now — in present time — is the biggest step to clearing it.
…
So what does it mean to “surrender faster,” and why would we want to?
Let’s explore below.
Ahhh 😌
