Hi everyone,
I try to post my monthly video recaps of life in the slow lane* at the beginning of a new month, but there was Day of the Dead, and then there was the election, the aftermath, and a good news story.
I suppose when it comes to these visual meditations there really is no urgency. Beauty and breathing room is good for the soul any day, any hour.
If you could use a little respite from the hurried rat race — a spacious infusion of beauty and light courtesy of New England autumn at its best, you will find the video below.
The music is beautiful too. Very meditative.
And PS, if you watch closely, you may recognize three homes belonging to famous neighbors of mine: Louisa May Alcott’s ”Orchard House,” Henry David Thoreau’s cabin at Walden Pond, and Ralph Waldo Emerson’s home.
Their spirit is very much alive here in Concord Massachusetts where I live. Can you feel it too?
What changes in your world give you peace, comfort, and hope these days…
be they ordinary moments in your day or extraordinary “sea change” ones that are rocking you to the core?
Ahhh 🏡

Speaking of sea and see-ing changes…
(in case you missed it)
That song! And all the leave and their patterns! It’s so beautiful to just see the passing of those memories that you captured and the fun music to go with it. It helps me see the beauty in daily life. So inspiring !
I’m seeing the face of my little granddaughter as we face time while I’m across the country. The beauty of her smile and kiss is my favorite moment so far today.
Congratulations!!
