Reducing Overwhelm
Slow drip your way to less stress, less clutter, and a lot more YOU
“Break down the task before it breaks you down.”—Darshak Rana
I have no time!
We've all heard it. We've all said it. It's a sharp, reactive snap of a phrase that telegraphs...
I feel squeezed... I'm exhausted... I'm burned out... I can't breathe... I'm bored... I'm anxious... My home is mess... I'm struggling... I don't know what I love anymore.... I can't think straight... Everything hurts ...
Slow down? Are you kidding me??!
That would be our old, cranky friend Overwhelm talking.
It doesn't matter what is being spun, or what the struggle looks like, one thing is for sure: "I have no time" is code for something much bigger and deeper than fight-flight-or-freeze tendencies that afflict most of us these days.
It is code for "I've lost my way back to me."
…
If this sounds like you, or someone you know, I have good news.
Beginning January 2025
I will be launching a series of weekly challenges to
slow drip your way to less stress, less clutter, and
a lot
more
you.
…
All you need to do to join me in this journey are 2 things:
Get the book A Year for You: Release the Clutter, Reduce the Stress, Reclaim Your Life … and follow along with us — one week at a time. (You will not be forced to do anything groupy, if that is a concern.)
Become a paid subscriber (that’s just $1.15 a week) … and get access to weekly nudges and comments from me.
That’s all you need to know or do right now.
More details will be revealed over the coming weeks.
What causes you go into the red zone of overwhelm?
What would freedom from stress and overwhelm look and feel like?
Let’s find out.
Let 2025 be the year where you refill your reservoir, simplify your life, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Ahhh 🏡
Love the dancing leaf! And yes depending on the day I can see both!
Doing your book A Year for You was life changing for me. I did it weekly during Covid and your words and work were an anchor for me during that horrible time of losing so many people.
How serendipitous! I looked at this book on my bookshelf just yesterday and thought about starting it in the new year! Perfect! 💝
