This is week where you’ll let the contents of your drawers or closet show you where you struggle, hold on, feel stuck, get overwhelmed…as a conscious pathway to letting go.

What is a Clearing Challenge?
A Clearing Challenge a 7-day opportunity to release the things and thoughts that hold you back by shining light on the stressful patterns that created them.
Each 7 day Challenge will focus on one area of your home or life.
Each Challenge is designed to grow new habits of awareness that can lead to lifelong changes and spaciousness in all areas of your life.
What this week’s Challenge looks like…
Every day over the next 7 days — on your time, at your own pace — you will take a conscious tour of your clothes and see what they have to teach you.
Note: Even if clothing is not something you consider a problem (cluttered) area for you, the practice can be adapted to something that is.
There is a private Chat thread available to share your stories, successes, challenges, shifts, ahas — and photos too. If you choose to use it and read what others are experiencing, you will find the link to the Substack Chat below.
As your guide I will be holding a space, cheering you on, and checking in periodically via the above mentioned chat thread.
What you’ll need to participate…
An open mind and a willingness to process and release some old habits and stuck energy.
A willingness to practice every day even if it feels like you’ve been-there-done-that and nothing is happening. (There is a lot going on below the surface that needs your patience and witnessing presence for it to come clear.)
